Dr. Kaskel is now practicing direct primary care which eliminates the insurance company from the doctor-patient relationship. As a courtesy, after your visit Dr. Kaskel will send you a detailed invoice that you may then submit to your insurance company. You will receive reimbursement from your insurance company depending on 1) the amount you have spent towards your plan's limits, such as the deductible or out-of-pocket max and 2) the level of coverage your plan provides for each service.
